Rines CNC'd wood panels for a 12' x 12' climbing wall. I struggled to find anyone in the city who was willing and able to do this job. Rines did a fantastic job and completed the job very quickly.  Gave me an estimate on time and actually did it FASTER than what they told me (just about unheard of for any contractors I have ever used). Andrew was great: extremely professional and answered all my questions, asked me questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, and responded quickly to all of my emails and texts. The Rines company followed through on everything they agreed to do from the beginning of the project to the end. They were very good about giving daily updates regarding what they were going to do the next day and what time they would be here. We used Rines Remodeling to finish half of our basement. We had thought about it for a while and talked to several different contractors but after talking with Andrew finally pulled the trigger and used his company. We are so glad that we did! We couldn't be more happier with the outcome as he put a bathroom with shower and a full wet bar into our basement. We also got a cool epoxy floor that him and his team were able to put in for us. He was very responsive to any of our questions or changes that we requested and he is a straight shooter. After digging up our concrete floor, we found the pipes to be cracked and Andrew and his team put in all new plumbing for us. I found them to be here when they said that they would be, responsive, hard working, and honest and trustworthy. He had a key to my house and I had no problems with and trusted him and his team completely. The guy knows his stuff when it comes home improvement. What I really liked is that he would tell me when he was going to be over and when he was not. You didn't have to guess or wonder. I like it when a  service provider sets the expectation and follow through with it. The carpentry work that his team did on our bourbon barrels to make a bar was amazing. We gave him 3 bourbon barrels and he used two to make a bar and then we did a separate barrel that we will use for more bottles or glassware. Andrew and his team finished the basement of our daughters house. They Provided partial demolition(we did some ourselves), removed old lighting and replaced wiring and lights with new led fixtures, installed drywall and trim, painted and finished space. We had 2 minor issues which they made right in less
Than 24 hours. Would highly recommend them and would use again for future projects if needed.
